Information according to Section 13 of Legislative Decree no.196/2003

Dear Customer / Supplier,

In compliance with Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03 “Personal DataProtection Code”, In compliance with Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03 “Personal DataProtection Code”,– We inform you that:

A) The personal information you provide will be used within and for the achievement of the objectives relating to the received, in particular the treatment will be finalized to comply with the related and subsequent conduct of all administrative, accounting, tax and social security as well as all activities involving the financial relationship with the offices, the Social security and welfare, the Public Chamber and generally with all bodies involved in audits and checks on the correct implementation of the purposes for the assignment completion;

B) Providing information is optional. It is understood that the refusal to provide such data and the lack of consent to its processing implies the impossibility of fulfilling the responsibility;

C) The personal information you provide will be treated "in a lawful and correct manner", as envisaged by .article 11;

D) Any processing of personal "Sensitive" data is completed to the extent and manner of the general authorization of the Guarantor n. 4 / 2004;

E) The treatment will be carried out with the aid of electronic instruments and / or automated means, which are accessible only to authorized parties in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and in particular the Technical Regulations on the Minimum Security Measures - Annex B of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003;

F) The data may be shared with:

-Offices, financial institutions and social security Consular offices and generally to all bodies involved in audits and checks on the correct implementation of the purposes indicated above;

-Staff and collaborators in the study as responsible and entrusted with the handling of data for the files relating to the services you requested. All parties are properly informed and educated about the steps and measures to be taken in relation to privacy;

-Any parties outside our property, with whom we have entered into specific agreements on measures to be taken to ensure the security of data entrusted to them, in any case the data will be used exclusively for the pursuit of the abovementioned purposes;

I) At any time you can exercise your rights towards the owner of the treatment, in accordance with Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we reproduce below in full:

Right to access personal data and other rights:

1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. You have the right to obtain information about:

a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the help of electronic means;
d) the identity of the owner, and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3. You have the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data have been collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) to the processing of personal data, for legitimate reasons, pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
